Thanks Jon,

Did you set your domain name up in the 'hostname' section of Storefront? You have to do that before Storefront will respond to the URL you want to use. I've included a snapshot of my own storefront so you can see what I mean.

If you still can't get it to work after verifying your hostnames, you might want to put a quick call or email into our support team. They'll be happy to assist!

I've followed all these tutorials, but I'm stumped at the following:

If you are using a hostname other than infoplex.shopco.com for your storefront, please
configure a CNAME record for your storefront's hostname to be set to "infoplex.shopco.com" in your current DNS system.

I've created the CNAME entries:

opensrs.infoplex.com. 4H IN CNAME infoplex.shopco.com.
infoplex.shopco.com. 20M IN A 64.99.64.31

domains.infoplex.com. 4H IN CNAME infoplex.shopco.com.
infoplex.shopco.com. 19m45s IN A 64.99.64.31

But they don't function as my http://infoplex.shopco.com site:

http://domains.infoplex.com
http://opensrs.infoplex.com

Both give different results, but neither "works"... :-/
