		<description>Great post Jody. I&#039;m glad we&#039;re sharing these experiences with our Resellers.  I look forward to hearing from them how they&#039;re using their dev teams.

One thing I wanted to mention for clarity was that the Scrum Master does the Scrum Master role IN ADDITION to other duties.  It&#039;s usually a programmer or QA person on the team that takes that role along with whatever else they need to do to keep the sprint moving.
