Excellent post!

I read the Dreamhost post earlier today and was left feeling more than a little bemused, which is common when I read their blog.

While it may be attractive for some people to move their mail to Google or whoever who “specialise” to a point a lot of our clients want, need and expect personal support. I somehow doubt that they can get that from Google.
