&lt;p&gt;I read the Dreamhost post earlier today and was left feeling more than a little bemused, which is common when I read their blog.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;While it may be attractive for some people to move their mail to Google or whoever who &quot;specialise&quot; to a point a lot of our clients want, need and expect personal support. I somehow doubt that they can get that from Google.&lt;/p&gt;
